Coach Mike Babcock is proven. So far it seems he is having to untrain this group completely before getting them to play his system solidly. No one is stepping up as the leader of this team. But I believe in Babcock and even more in GM Lou Lamiorello. This season may be a total rebuild - so any successes are positive.

I could see this Toronto team stealing one against Los Angeles or the Isles. But I could also see them getting blown out by Arizona and Colorado. This is a good time for the Leafs to make a statement.
