Another Thing: J.T. Miller for the Rangers

Don't get me wrong, I love what he is doing. He's finishing. It isn't luck - he has been on a tear of late, putting the puck where the goalie isn't. It's helping the Rangers tremendously.

But to claim the guy has "discovered" something new is slighting the facts. Derick Brassard C is very key to J.T. Miller's emergence. It is like Chris Drury. Sure he potted some important goals. But without Peter Forsberg grabbing all the defense's attention, Drury would have never been open enough to shoot those shots.

I hope J.T. Miller proves me wrong and continues his torrid scoring pace with or without Brassard, but until he does, don't over-analyze his play.
