I moved St. Louis and San Jose to the upper tier. I moved Florida down to b-level. Detroit, now on a 4 game losing streak, got moved down a level, as well. I almost moved Arizona down, but thought I should wait until they are clearly out of the playoffs.
To get the probable points, I just took the points percentage since mid-January and applied to the potential points for the remaining games. (I do adjust based on extremes)
