Who of the night: October 16th

Brent Burns - 30yrs D, SJ-88 Very capable of double digit goals. He plays mostly well in his own end - but i think who he is paired with matters. He's a physical force.

Joffrey Lupul - 32yrs C, TOR-19 I feel like he has been around forever. He can drop your jaw with a play but usually he is just a tough solid 2nd line center able to create and finish.

Gustav Nyquist - 26yrs RW, DET-14 I love this guy. He is another one of those jewels that Detroit finds. Great hands and feet.

Bryan Little - 27yrs C, WIN-18 Got his third goal in his last two games. He always scores in bunches. Not a difficult player to defend but his shot will burn you if you forget about him.

Reto Berra - 28yrs G, COL-20 Shutout last night against Anaheim - Colorado can be shutdown, but so inconsistent - Reto benefitted from good play. This guy was with Calgary, i think the Avs chanced it and got a decent netminder in him.

Jori Lehtera - 27yrs C, STL-12 A goal last night. I noticed him last season - he's got great hands and seems to make others better as well.

Anze Kopitar - 28yrs C, LA-11 A goal against Minnesota last night. This guy plays the Center position exactly how it should be played - both ends of the ice. In front of the net. Moves without the puck and has really good hands and vision. He is also quite big - solid like Ovechkin.
