1 Montreal at 10 Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh will be a great test for this vaunted Montreal squad. Losing their last game to Calgary has to motivate them to work instead of play. Sidney Crosby was minus-4 against the Flames - that is a killer for the Pens. Montreal is still the best team right now. With a clean win here, the gap between them and the rest grows a bit in my eyes. Subban will be a factor, as always. Mike Condon has been playing respectably in goal for the injured Price.

27 Edmonton at 15 Anaheim
Neither of these teams is playing great, however, Anaheim is playing better than they have while Edmonton is playing worse than their best this season. I like both of these teams and enjoy a lot of the players. Sami Vatanen showed some brilliance in the Ducks' loss against Arizona. Jakob Silfverberg shows flashes and can be an impact winger. Ryan Getzlaf needs to get in gear for the Ducks to be successful - he made quite the gaff in the Arizona loss. Darnell Nurse might be the real deal on defense for Edmonton, I like his play. Taylor Hall is a very good forward. The Oilers lack the hard working play from the forwards, with the exception of Benoit Pouliot, maybe. Anaheim needs this one.
