Seven Days: Vancouver Canucks (Pacific - 2nd)

Vancouver Canucks are good but not great. I don't know this team well.

Offense:
Daniel Sedin and Henrik Sedin are still able to produce nightly. They would have to be quite stellar for this team to move up in the ranks, however.

Defense:
Alexander Edler and Chris Tanev are bright spots on this team. The defense is a solid group.

Goalies:
Ryan Miller is not a problem here. Jacob Markstrom could be a decent backup.

Next Seven:
Tonight at Montreal
Wednesday at Winnipeg
Saturday Chicago visits
Sunday New Jersey visits

This is a tough set for the next seven days. Winnipeg is the best matchup. The other three will be upset to lose to this Canucks team.

2pts

Last Seven:
Win 5 - 3 at Columbus
Loss 2 - 3 at Ottawa
Loss 2 - 4 at Toronto

This is how a fading good team plays at times. 3pts would have been good for the Canucks.

Injuries:
Alexandre Burrows might not play tonight for personal reasons.

seven days Nov. 9th - 15th
