The Pens still haven't gotten scoring from Sidney Crosby. If you gave that option at the beginning of the season and weren't laughed at, you'd certainly be left thinking the team was not winning much. Not the case. They won 4 - 3 last night without him getting one. He is still an impact even when not scoring, of course.

Nick Bonino might be out with an illness.

A week ago and I would have said these are easy wins. Now, I'm not sure. Regardless, the Pens need at least 3pts.

Win 4 - 3 (SO) Montreal
Loss 1 - 2 Columbus
Loss 0 - 4 at New Jersey
Win 4 - 3 Minnesota

The 4 - 0 loss to New Jersey might have been the needed wake-up for those top players. Malkin at least responded and the win over the Wild saved a potentially bad seven. Overall, they need to be better than this.
